If you've seen our elite team out and about, you've probably noticed that we're standing just a little taller than normal. No, it's not just because we're proud of how far this club has come in the last two years (although we are). It's because we're all wearing our MBTS!
Although skeptical at first, these MBTs have become not only essential to our training, structural integrity and core strength, but they make a pretty mean fashion statement as well.
I could spend pages trying to explain how and why you need to get a pair for yourself, but the MBT website does an amazingjof this with animation and video so I'm just going to send you there.

After back surgery it has made walking and standing much less painfull for me.
